Nobody Group

• Member list:
  • Set GROUP = UserList
• Persons/group who can change the list:
  • Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = TWikiAdminGroup

Used to prevent dangerous actions e.g. renaming TWikiPreferences - put NobodyGroup as the only group allowed to rename a topic and it can't be renamed.
